We take great care in ensuring that every artwork and print from Art of Daha is produced with high quality and handled with care.
Please review our policy below before placing an order.
1. Returns
As each artwork and print is made-to-order, we do not accept returns unless:
- The product arrives damaged,
- Or you received the wrong item.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery at daha@artofdaha.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once verified, we will offer:
- A replacement at no additional cost, or
- A refund to your original payment method.
2. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized orders
- Downloadable digital products
- Framed or stretched canvas prints (unless damaged in transit)
4. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if printing has not yet begun.
After this period, we may not be able to modify or cancel your order.
5. Shipping Damage
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph it before opening and contact us immediately.
We will handle the replacement or refund process with our courier partners.
